Project Overview:

We in Mobility Segment of intellias together with our partners are working on creation of safe and sustainable automotive products. To accomplish this, we are constantly improving the quality of our processes.

We are looking now for a Functional Safety Manager that would lead the optimization of company-wide processes to achieve compliance with safety standards and guide development teams towards achieving safety objectives.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and apply existing standards, legal requirements, and guidelines for functional safety;
Develop methods and processes for continuous safety assurance at the organization (create and/or optimize templates, guidelines, checklists);
Lead and coordinate creation of functional safety documentation according to ISO 26262;
Ensure that processes and project work products are ISO26262 compliant;
Perform safety management activities for the project according to relevant standards during system and software development;
Support in functional safety audits and assessments;
Proactive interaction with various stakeholders to build and maintain safety culture in the company.

Requirements:

Technical degree e.g. computer sciences, or similar qualification with job experience;
5 + years of experience in automotive software development with focus on ASIL relevant functions;
Expert knowledge of ISO 26262 and strong experience in realization of functional safety concepts (ISO26262);
Practical experience in software development in A-SPICE relevant projects;
Understanding of UNECE R 155/ R156, ISO 21434 and SOTIF are an advantage;
Strong collaboration and communication skills;
Excellent communication in English.
