Intellias and PMI Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The aim of such cooperation is to improve the level of project management in Ukraine and beyond as well as to apply best modern standards and to exchange best global practices

Lviv, Ukraine, 16 Dec, 2022 – Intellias, a global technology partner to Fortune 500 enterprises and top-tier organizations and PMI Ukraine Chapter (The Project Management Institute Ukraine Chapter) signed a memorandum of cooperation. In particular, the document envisages the promotion of modern project management standards, development of project management in Ukraine, educational initiatives, professional development of Intellias specialists, and organization of thematic events.

Roman Reznikov, VP of Delivery at Intellias and PMI Ukraine Chapter President, says that the memorandum with Intellias is the Institute’s first partnership in Ukraine.

Abroad, local PMI branches frequently partner up with businesses, but in Ukraine, it is happenning for the first time. Our partnership involves cooperation between the Ukrainian community of project managers and community managers of Intellias. We focus on organizing joint events, working on standards, and promoting PMI practices in Ukraine. Besides, Intellias can be an attractive employer for current members of the Institute.

Cooperation between the company and the Institute began before the signing of the memorandum. In particular, Intellias experts were working on the adaptation of the ISO 21500 project management standard to the Ukrainian market.

According to Oleksiy Shebanov, Head of the PMO at Intellias, the memorandum with the PMI Ukraine Chapter gives Intellias specialists an opportunity to join the international community of project managers, exchange experience, gain new knowledge, and improve project management practices.

This partnership proves that our projects have high levels of maturity and our specialists understand the best global practices that we implement for our clients. Joint projects will help us improve the level of project management in Ukraine and beyond, apply modern standards and develop effective practices.

Promoting project management expertise among young specialists and students of higher education institutions is also an important part of the agreements, specified in the memorandum. Intellias and PMI Ukraine will actively participate in the educational process, providing access to the best global practices.
