“На цьому ринку було багато гравців, які об'єднувалися між собою. І в результаті він почав складатися умовно з кількох компаній, системи яких дуже застаріли. Ми ж будуємо Cloud Native Solution. Banking team, яка інтегрується з банківським провайдером та покриває функціонал оплати картками. Вона розбилася на дві окремі команди через великий обсяг робіт. А також Integration team, яка займається інтеграцією front-end та back-end. Створюючи платформу з нуля, команда може використовувати всі можливості для найкращої конфігурації, підключення до інших сервісів, мобільних пристроїв та безпеки. Два десятиліття тому, коли створили більшість платформ у цій галузі, таких можливостей навіть не було.

The situation in the US market of medical insurance management was just like that until the new solution appeared.
Our colleagues from Intellias have been working on this product from the very beginning. How to leave behind outdated solutions from the '90s and create a unique modern product? Let's find out the details.
What does The Medical insurance Management Platform do?
The medical insurance management platform is designed for organizations and their employees who use different services packages and need reimbursement of medical expenses.
Unlike its competitors, this product has many advantages: instant claims processing, real-time digital reimbursements, adaptability to each customer, and so on. And all of this is on a cloud platform.
"There were a lot of players in this market who got together. As a result, it began to consist of several companies with very outdated systems. We are building a Cloud Native Solution. It is a microservice cloud system in which customers integrate immediately, on the fly. In competing systems, this process can take months." Yaroslav, Delivery Director / Head of Department.
The Intellias team on this project
Our colleagues were involved in the project from the very beginning and created a product from scratch under the client's brand. In total, the project is staffed by a team of nearly 50 Intellias specialists. Four of them have already received a promotion.
"We have four main teams. It is the Core team that develops the basic services for our project. A Banking team integrates with the banking provider and covers card payment functionality. It split into two separate teams due to the large amount of work. And we have an Integration team that deals with front-end and back-end integration. A separate track is the security of our product, which we test for various vulnerabilities," said Vasyl, Delivery Manager / Head of Unit.
Creating a platform from scratch, the team can use all the opportunities for the best configuration, connection to other services, mobile devices, and security. Two decades ago, when most platforms in this field were created, such opportunities did not even exist.
"We have four teams of superstars. I don't know how else to call these guys. There were certain managerial challenges, and we did managerial magic: we did the work scope and made the clients happy. Each of the developers, analysts, testers, designers, all team members did their magic. That's cool!" — Marta, Delivery Manager / Project Manager.
The client company has already encouraged more than $30 million. The successful release of the platform took place in December. Congratulations to our colleagues on a successful release, and wishing them to look ahead, set new trends, and create great solutions.
